Dynavision D2™ Standard Warranty

(Available in the 48 contiguous States, HI & AK excluded)

This equipment is sold under the Dynavision Global Holdings LLC (“Dynavision”) exclusive one year warranty from the original date of purchase free from defects in workmanship.  This warranty will protect your D2™, including the cost of all parts.  The original warranty does not include coverage for any third party computer hardware and related equipment, which may be covered under the computer manufacturer’s warranty.

Dynavision agrees to repair or replace at the point of manufacture, without charge, all applicable defective parts for a one year period from the original date of purchase, provided the Dynavision D2™ is delivered to Manufacturer intact for examination.  All equipment transportation charges to the Manufacturer shall be covered by the purchaser.  If a manufacturing defect is discovered, Manufacturer will pay for the return shipping costs.  If the purchaser requires the D2™ to be repaired at their location, all customary and reasonable travel expenses will be covered by the purchaser.

This warranty does not apply if the equipment has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect wiring (not due to manufacturing defect), improper installation, or used in violation of instructions furnished by the Manufacturer; has been damaged by excess voltage or has been repaired or altered outside the Manufacturer’s factory or outside the Manufacturer’s specifically provided instructions, or if the equipment has had its serial number altered or removed.

Changes: Manufacturer reserves the right to modify or change the equipment in whole or in part, at any time prior to delivery in order to include refinements deemed appropriate by the Manufacturer but without incurring any liability to modify or change any equipment previously delivered, or to supply new equipment in accordance with earlier specifications.  This warranty will be honored only if the attached card is filled out and returned to the Manufacturer with payment or the purchaser completes the online warranty registration, within 45 days of original receipt.  This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty is offered in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for use and of all obligations or liabilities on Manufacturer’s part, and Dynavision neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume, any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this equipment.  In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for consequential or special damages.  Manufacturer makes no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts not supplied by Dynavision, including all computer equipment.
