Gary Friedman, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Gary is focused on applying over thirty-five years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain management, within a variety of markets and industries, to the operations at Dynavision. Gary has served in several corporate positions: as the VP of Operations for Triple G Corporation, as well as, various senior executive positions for Sabre Systems, Info-Miners, and Creative Socio-Medics. As an entrepreneur, Gary has been the owner of TekniComp Associates -- a technology consulting firm and Cost Containment Specialists a sourcing and supply chain management consulting firm. Gary attended the University of New Mexico, majoring in Psychology and Business.
Outside of Dynavision, Gary’s community involvement includes: Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the American Red Cross. Gary enjoys spending time with his wife of 34 years traveling, hiking, camping, motor boating, power walking and cycling.
PHIL JONES, FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

I started this company because of the results I saw in myself and my teammates. Dynavision products are revolutionary, not only for high performance sports but for all users trying to improve. As a leader in our industry, we are well positioned but we never cease to look for new opportunities and applications.”
Phil serves as Founder and President of Dynavision. Buying a prototype of the D2™ device 26 years ago, he has continued to persevere through decades of changes and technological advances. From building devices in his garage, to teaming up for manufacturing at TSS Technologies, Phil has always guided the company through his original vision of helping others improve and succeed.
Having progressed through the Conservatory of Music by the age of 14 studying violin, Phil applied the discipline he learned to high performance athletics. Phil was the first draft in the CFL and after playing for seven successful years, he was introduced to vision training. Shortly after training on the prototype device, Phil bought the company and set off to develop it.
Phil and his wife Cathy split their time between Toronto, ON, Lakeland, FL and Cincinnati, OH. They have two grown children, Joel and Coreen.
KIRSTIE SWICK, Director of Communications“I love looking for innovative ways to provide our sales team and users with educational materials, research, and media that equips them to fully optimize their experience and results. Knowing many users by name through our social media platforms and training events, I always look forward to meeting more with great success stories.”
If you are signed up for our newsletter, you’ve seen Kirstie’s name. With a love for sports, community, and communications, Kirstie was a natural fit when she joined the Dynavision team in 2012. Today, Kirstie operates Dynavision brand visibility through the website, blog, social media, and emails as the Company’s Director of Communications. She organizes tradeshows and training events and is always looking for new ways to assist Dynavision clinics and users to get the most out of their Dynavision products. She believes the biggest secret to successfully using Dynavision products is the education and imagination to use them correctly and innovatively.
Kirstie graduated from Bluffton University with a double major in English and Writing and a minor in coaching while participating in women’s basketball. There she met her husband and they now live in Troy with their daughter.
DENNIS ROARK, CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER“Speaking with Dynavision users daily, I meet people from a variety of backgrounds and markets. It is wonderful to hear from users all over the world having positive experiences with our products. No matter the topic, I strive to give our customers the fastest and most effective service. From software updates to onsite installations, we always want our users to have the best experience possible.”
Dennis joined Dynavision in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing over 15 years of experience with him. He is passionate about working with Dynavision users and conveying needs and enhancements to the sales team.
Along with customer service, Dennis has a key part in developing user friendly interfaces of current and future Dynavision products, testing them for ease and impact of use. By having a role in customer relations, sales communication, and engineering advancements, Dennis is an integral part of Dynavision’s growing business.
When he is away from work, Dennis enjoys traveling to his son’s college soccer games and boating.
SCOTT DRAPP, Business development“When I was introduced to Dynavision, I was drawn to the unlimited potential the company had. Now, five years later, users are still finding innovative applications for the product. From pediatricians to chiropractors, I love getting to know users around the world experiencing success with Dynavision products. This company and products are truly unmatchable.”
As a National Sales Manager, Scott uses his relationships with past and current users to convey knowledge and learn innovative applications. In turn, he is able to offer more through the sales process to potential clients. By thinking outside the box, Scott has helped many markets branch out from usual uses to wider practices, extending their knowledge, customer base, and ROI.
Scott got his bachelor’s at Northern Kentucky University and earned his MBA from Thomas More. He brings over 20 years of sales experience with him.
Scott lives in the Cincinnati area and is a father of three athletic daughters. He can be found at their sporting events through the week and likes to watch the horses around the track on the weekends.
DAN SELLERS, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT“I was amazed to find out about the diverse applications of Dynavision. I wanted to be a part of this organization from the start. Simply put, we love to help people. I wake up excited to visit users and consistently look for new ways to provide them with what they need to achieve their goals.”
Dan attended the University of Cincinnati on a football scholarship while studying Communication Science. After college, Dan enjoyed a seven year professional football career in the CFL and NFL. For the last 20 years, Dan has had extensive success in sales, including positions at Panasonic, Nortel, Cincinnati Bell Supply and Diversified Facility Solutions.
For the last 5 years, Dan has found more success as a National Sales Manager at Dynavision as his extensive athletic background allows an insider view to the sports performance applications on the D2™. He has played a key role in helping his alma mater receive the Dynavision products they need to reduce concussions.
Dan is determined to make the PGA, but has a ways to go. Although Urban Meyer was one of his college football teammates, he still roots for UC football. He spends a lot of time at his church serving on the deacon board and in the Choir.
JACK VERMEIL, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

I thrive to continue to provide support and sales to expand these great products and continue seeing improvement in all markets.”
Jack first experienced using Dynavision products in high school lacrosse but didn’t fully utilize the D2™ until he used it extensively for concussion rehab post-college. His occupational therapist helped him understand how truly powerful and important the D2™ is not only athletically but medically as well. He believed in Dynavision products so much, he sought out the company in hopes to expand knowledge about the products.
Now Jack is a National Sales Manager providing growth through his own testimonial. He strives to expand users’ knowledge in applications that may be out of their comfort zone but highly beneficial to their reach and ROI.
Jack attended Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland where he was a 4 year letter winner in Men’s Lacrosse and studied business management. Since then, he has coached lacrosse and lives in the Philadelphia area.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys watching football, hunting, and playing golf. He loves to work out when he is not spending time with family and friends.
